Who we are
Teamfolio is run by Ivars Miezis. Questions about your data: privacy@teamfolioapp.com.
What this website collects
- No cookies. The site sets none, so it asks for no consent.
- Visits, counted. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you: the page, the site you came from, your country and your browser.
- Where your first visit came from. Your browser remembers, for 30 days, the campaign tags of the address you first arrived at (such as
utm_source), the site that linked to it, the first page and the day. It stays in your browser and is sent only with a demo request or when you sign up for Teamfolio, so we know which channel brought you. It says nothing about who you are, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it. - What it takes to deliver the site. Cloudflare, which serves the site, handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect it.
When you ask for a demo
- What we keep: your name, work e-mail, company, country, phone (if you give it), how many people would use Teamfolio, what you would like to solve, when you agreed to this notice, and where your first visit came from (above).
- Why: to answer you and arrange the demo. The request becomes a contact and a deal in our own Teamfolio, where our sales team follows it up, and you get an e-mail saying what happens next.
- For how long: 24 months, unless you become a customer. After that the contact and the request are erased; your company’s name may stay in our records.
- Keeping out bots: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person sends the form. Cloudflare sees technical data about your browser for that check and sets no advertising cookies.
- E-mail instead: if you write to us, we use what you write for the same purpose and keep it no longer.
The status page
Whether Teamfolio is up, and what is being done when it is not, is shown at status.teamfolioapp.com. That page is UptimeRobot’s (Ultimate Robot Company), so it answers when Teamfolio does not. If you subscribe to its updates, UptimeRobot keeps your e-mail address to send them, until you unsubscribe; Teamfolio does not receive it.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or erase what we hold about you, and object to its use. You may also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).
