What is Teamfolio?
A CRM and document system in one: customers, deals, files, e-signatures, a calendar and tasks for small and medium businesses.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Teamfolio works in any modern browser, on a computer, a tablet or a phone.
Where is our data stored?
In data centres in the European Union. Connections are encrypted and the data is backed up.
Which e-signatures can we use?
Smart-ID, Mobile-ID and eParaksts, through our signing partner Dokobit. They are qualified electronic signatures, valid across the EU.
Can we try it before we pay?
Yes. After the demo your team gets 30 days on the trial plan with every feature. Then you choose a plan, or carry on with the Free plan.
Which languages does it speak?
English and Latvian. Each person chooses their own.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. You can export it at any time, and when a company leaves, its data is erased as our privacy policy says.
